Co-op crew take 4 awards at Indie Memphis...
Indie Memphis has been a very fun experience already, and there's still 4 days left...GO SEE MOVIES!!!!!
At the awards ceremony Saturday night there was much fun to be had as 4 MeDiA Co-op affiliates left with hometown awards:
Brett Hanover-Best Documentary
Brent Shrewsbury-Kodak Tenessee Filmmaker Award
Andrew Nenninger-Best Short
Morgan Jon Fox-Ron Tibbet Excellence in Filmmaking Award
Hat's off as well to all the other winners, especially Old School Pictures who took Best Film...
It's been a great experience seeing films all day everyday hanging out with the like's of Michael Galinski(Horn's and Halo's/Code 33), Bill Brown(who visited to co-op earlier this year), Kelly Baker(The Angry Filmmaker), Coleman Hue(writer-Full Frontal/Bubble), etcetcetc...
This year's lineup is more amazing than normal including some really incredible local work, as well as some very diverse work from around the South. The Panel's on Saturday went very good as well.
